Now that my gamercard generator script seems pretty stable and reasonably fast, it should be time to let the fun begin! If you ever wanted to design your very own Xbox Live Gamercard this might be a good chance. Sounds interesting? Read on for the details on ZaamIT.com's Gamercard Contest #2.
- who can participate: A-N-Y-B-O-D-Y
- what do I win: a custom design for a (working) gamercard that will be showcased on the site, and you - and anybody else - will be able to bring it around pretty much anywhere, in jpeg format;
- how do I participate: open your favorite graphic editor, design your own gamercard, go to the upload page on ZaamIT.com, fill in the form, rinse and repeat at will;
- how do I win: after about two weeks from now, all valid Gamercard designs received will be showcased on the site and voting will begin. The card that receives the highest rating wins.
Directions:
The format for the image MUST be 199x135 pixels; the design and placing of the graphic elements/text is the one of our standard gamercard, which you can see below; the subject can be anything that fits for you and that will get your pic voted by users. Deadline for submissions is Saturday 04/26/2008, which is when the voting will begin! Deadline for submissions has been postponed to Saturday 05/10/2008, get those designs in!
